Lee’s leadership and service skills has been finely honed with real world experience and training. After serving as a 1st Lieutenant in the U. S. Army, as a regional CPA firm partner, as a CFO for a fast growth pharmaceutical related company, and founder of a commercial mortgage banking firm. Lee saw the need for establishing the kind of a company that could assist commercial real estate and business owners, investors and developers with a high level of transactional and advisory services
Lee is a graduate of Wake Forest University; a licensed CPA and NC Real Estate Broker; and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the National Association of Realtors. |

John Lennon is a managing principal in Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners, the largest commercial real estate firm in eastern North Carolina. Under John’s leadership the firm has continued its rapid expansion of services beyond those of a traditional commercial real estate firm to include asset management services, due diligence, market analysis and financial analysis.
Prior to his commercial real estate firm career, John was well schooled in the art of high level real estate strategy while at Insignia Financial Group, one of the nation’s largest owner-operators of apartment and office properties, and later as a leader in First Unions’ Structured Finance Group. This experience has positioned John as a specialist in the areas of asset repositioning including debt and equity enhancements. John is well known for his unique ability to focus not only on a specific investment but how it can be part of a larger and more dynamic portfolio. John’s understanding of the capital markets and complex real estate investment relationships has helped position Coldwell Banker Commercial and its agents as leaders in the eastern NC commercial real estate markets. John is licensed to practice real estate in Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina.
John is an active member in the Wilmington civic community, a leader in professional organizations, and a devoted husband and father.

Ron Rossi is a founding partner in Oceancrest Advisory Services. Using his extensive and diverse background in the commercial real estate and finance industry, Ron manages the non-brokerage products and advisory services that his firm offers. Those services include, but are not limited to, consulting on both performing and non-performing investments, asset management, due diligence, valuation analysis, feasibility studies and financial analysis.
Prior to starting Oceancrest, Ron was with Wachovia Securities in their real estate capital markets group as a portfolio manager providing servicing for commercial securitizations and third party conduit relationships. Responsibilities included internal & external relationship management, CMSA monthly reporting, review and negotiation of pooling and servicing agreements prior to securitization, as well as being the single point of contact for all rating agency, conduit lender, investor and large loan borrower related inquiries.
Other experience at Wachovia included being one of the asset managers for Wachovia’s high yield real estate backed structured finance positions for debt, equity and mezzanine products. Asset types included multifamily, condo and hotels that were either ground up construction or were going through a major renovation to increase cash flow and asset value. Additional responsibilities included portfolio condo securitizations, management of all RECM Fund investments and the workout of two securitizations that were backed by single tenant Kmart stores.
Ron is a licensed NC real estate broker.
Ron is active supporter and volunteer of many youth organizations in the Wilmington community. He serves as leader for a local Cub Scout Pack and coach’s baseball and football teams. He resides in Wilmington with his wife and two children
